Haven't looked at them recently, but go software used to be notoriously weak. The space of alternative moves is much larger than chess. I'm surprised they have come so far.
ReplyDeleteSean Walker, I've read that if Google's AlphaGo wins, it will be about 10 years earlier than people expected machines to beat a top player.
